Gaming Deals
- Logitech G502 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse for $100 ($50 off): Wireless mice used to be a trade-off. You freed yourself from the cord at the cost of mouse lag. But the G502 uses Logitech’s Lightspeed USB adapter, which connects the mouse via Wi-Fi for a 1-millisecond response time, making it as indistinguishably fast as a wired mouse.
- Logitech G512 SE Wired Mechanical Gaming Keyboard for $50 ($100 off): This version has Logitech’s GX Blue tactile key switches with a pronounced click partway through every keypress. They’re most like the Cherry MX blue switches. Blues are notoriously (and gloriously) noisy, but they feel great to type on. They’re less ideal for fast-paced action such as shooters and better for RPGs and strategy games. Read our Best Keyboards guide for more details on switches.
- Gigabyte Aorus 7 17.3-Inch Gaming Laptop With Core i7 and RTX 2060 for $1,229 ($370 off): Sometimes you need a gaming machine you can pick up and take anywhere. That usually means performance trade-offs, as laptops have more cooling concerns than desktops. But this Aorus comes with a 512-gigabyte SSD to store your games, as well as an Intel Core i7 processor and a dedicated graphics card so you won’t lag behind your squad.
- Logitech G600 MMO Wired Optical Gaming Mouse for $25 ($55 off): If you don’t mind dealing with wires, you can save quite a bit of money on this mouse. The G600 has 20 buttons for you to map to in-game functions or to save time when you’re hacking away on a word processor.
- Katamari Damacy Reroll (Switch) for $13 ($7 off): This is an easy-to-play, low-stress game along the lines of old WIRED favorite Journey. There are no button presses; all gameplay is done through the control sticks. Sometimes, we can all use a break from intense boss battles and button-mashing combos.
Audio and Tech Deals
- Amazon Fire HD 10 for $80 ($70 off): This tablet isn’t the best option for kids (that’d be the smaller Fire HD 8), but the Fire HD 10 is a great screen to have around when you want to catch up on some movies in bed or do some reading on a train. It has a USB-C port, so you can finally ditch that MicroUSB cable. Read our Amazon Fire Tablet guide if you need more information.
- Apple AirPods for $99 ($30 off): WIRED senior writer Lauren Goode didn’t have high praise when she reviewed them. The improvements over the original AirPods are minimal, but if you absolutely must have AirPods and the much better AirPods Pro is too expensive, then this will do the deed. They support Siri hands-free, so you no longer have to press the ear stem to wake up Siri. But do note that this is not the one with the wireless charging case.
- Nomad Active Rugged Leather AirPods Case for $18 ($17 off): Use promo code WIRED to see the discount at checkout. You can wrap your AirPods case in real leather for extra swankiness. There’s a rubber bumper underneath the leather to add some drop protection, and the leather is water-resistant. These only fit the regular AirPods case and not the AirPods Pro.
- Bose QuietComfort 35 II Wireless Headphones for $199 ($100 off): These are still a good deal for a pair of noise-canceling over-the-ear headphones, even if they are an older model. There’s a built-in button to summon Google Assistant, and the battery lasts 20 hours or more, even with active noise cancellation.
- Amazon Echo Show 5 with Blink Mini for $50 ($75 off): Amazon’s 5.5-inch-screen smart home hub comes bundled with a Blink Mini 1080p indoor home security camera. Since they’re both Amazon products, they pair together easily, but they’re still … Amazon products. The company hasn’t had the best track record when it comes to security.
